I often wondered what my place in this world was and what I would choose as a career. Since I was young, I have been taught to serve people and seek change but also to find a passion that was able to transform our society. A journey of self-discovery led me to architecture, a discipline that can make a space for every single person no matter who they are or where they may come from.

For me, design within architecture means dignity, advocacy, kindness, and humanity. Even though certain projects do not explicitly include these definitions, for me it is always important to keep them in mind to create the best possible result since architecture is meant to be inhabited by human beings. 

Some of my greatest interests in architecture are healthcare, education, and civic design. In these sectors I enjoy the challenge of designing something that has a small budget, but with great dreams.
